Ho Chi Minh City, January 9th, 2014, Bridgestone Tire Sales Vietnam LLC is pleased to announce the inauguration of Mr. Hiroyuki Saito as new General Director of Bridgestone Vietnam, effective 17th January.
Mr. Motoki Nagasawa will leave Vietnam in the middle of January, in order to challenge new assignment in Bridgestone Asia Pacific Regional Headquarters in Singapore as General Manager, Business planning department. With the last working days at Vietnam, Mr. Nagasawa shared: “I would like to thank all of you for the kindest support to me & BSTVN during my 2.5 years’ stay in Vietnam. It was so memorable, impressive and unforgettable experience in my whole life.
I have also learned a lot from you about Vietnam, a lot of new things & experiences to me, different culture, tasteful culinary & history etc. etc… I appreciate very much your hospitality whenever I visited your place.
During my time, BSTVN has launched “Family Channel program both for consumer & commercial tires, respectively B-Select, B-Shop & Fleetpoint program. Thanks to these networks, now we have made Bridgestone tires available to our common customers – end users, anywhere in the country.
Also we have made some contributions to Vietnamese society in terms of road safety through various safety campaigns. Last but not least, I believe our voluntary activities such as nursing home visit, offering scholarship to university students have impacted positively to the community. We will continue these activities in upcoming years as we consider these as normal routine for BSTVN team.”
The 3rd General Director of Bridgestone Vietnam - Mr.Hiroyuki Saito was born in 1976, Japanese Nationality. He has just arrived from Bridgestone representative office in Saudi Arabia at the beginning of January. Mr. Hiroyuki Saito will take over whole of Mr. Nagasawa’ s responsibility and officially inaugurate on 17th January.
He has very hands-on experience in tire sales & marketing outside of Vietnam. Hence, Bridgestone Vietnam’s confident that he will keep strengthening Bridgestone brand power & improving our partner dealers benefit, as well as.
